I believe Paris Fashion Week has come to a close, if not already closed (sorry I haven’t updated myself on it) here are some other looks that were a great hit coming down the runway.

3.1 Phillip Lim’s S/S 14 runway look was inspired actually by the collection’s futuristic holographic sunglasses, which I love by the wayby makeup artist Francelle Daly from NARS. She used iridescent purples in certain areas of the face. Then added some drops of Copacabana Illuminator to tinted moisturizer for an allover face highlight and finally using Luxor Multiple to give it a purple-blueish tones to the face making the face look pearlescent.

Alexander McQueen featured a tribal/warrior women theme to it, which by the way, tribal is IN this spring season as it was seen in several shows, so the makeup was damn near inexistence. What was very noticeable was the helmet worn and the brown black spray paint on the models forehead giving it a “I am ready for ward look”.

Celine showcased super bold sculptured brows in deep espressos and bold shades of shadows from pastel purple to taupe along with graphic prints on the model’s eyes, which looked really bad ass!. The rest of the face was left nude in order to give the entire focus to the eyes.

Louis Vuitton’s runway collection also had bold brows a la Cara strutting down the cat walk. Keeping in the same light and following the bold brow trend the models had clean, dewy, fresh faces. The light eye shadow used was natural and as close to the model’s skin tone as possible giving them the perfect no-makeup makeup look.

What do you guys think about the looks so far? Any favorites?
