It’s the middle of the week already! Time is really flying by quickly, it’s also already past the middle of the month too, the days need to slow down a bit! I’m sure you all remember Cinderella. As a matter of fact, I think we can all blame Disney for creating in almost every single woman now the fantasy of having a prince charming. Well MAC has teamed up with Disney to bring us their Cinderella Spring Collection, a fantasy come true!
Oh Cinderella, Cinderella, Cinderella! I love this story! Let me admit something to you all: I am the biggest child adult ever! I love watching cartoons, especially those by Disney! The most famous Disney princess has inspired this limited-edition color collection magical enough to make all your fairy tale dreams come true!
The line consists of the following:
Stroke of Midnight
This palette consists of 6 eyeshadows in the following shades:
Phloof! – frosted off-white (frost)
Quarry – soft muted plum-brown (matte)
Omega – soft muted beige-taupe (matte)
Vapour – peach-pink with violet pearl (velvet)
Stroke of Midnight – black plum with sparkle pearl (velvet)
Satin Taupe – taupe with silver shimmer (frost)
This will cost you $44.00 and below are the swatches of how it looks
MAC Studio Eye Gloss
This is eye gloss gets a new addition asides from their Pearl Varnish, which is a white gloss with pearl, it is their Lightly Tauped which is a light beige gloss with pearl. This will cost you $23.00 each. See the swatch below.
This is also another product that’s already in the MAC collection, Macroviolet, which is a deep smoked violet with red pearl, but Little Black Bow is grey with silver pearl. This will cost you $21.00.
Iridescent Pressed Powder
This pressed powder in Coupe d’Chic is light golden peach with gold shimmer. This would be beautiful as a finishing powder to highlight your face. It will cost you $28.00.
This powder in Mystery Princess is a pink beige with silver shimmer, but it’s actually a matte powder! It will cost you also $28.00.
You can definitely see the difference that it is not a shimmer powder.
Pigment and Glitter
The glitter Reflects Pearl is a fine white glitter with pearl sheen and the pigments Pretty It Up is an olive with pearlized pigments and Evil Stepmother is black plum with plum pearl (I ❤ the name of Evil Stepmother!). The glitter will cost you $23.00 and the pigments will cost you $24.00 each.
Lipstick and Lipglass
The lipstick in Free as a Butterfly is a semi-sheer golden nude and Royal Ball is a beautiful fleshy pink. Each will cost you $21.00.
Happily Ever After is a coll milky pink with bluish pearl and Glass Slipper is a light milky pink with pinkish pearl. Each will cost you $16.50.
This whole entire line is of course limited edition and will be fully available everywhere in March with some being available now so go and check either MAC online or their stores!
I really am LOVING the entire collection and I’ll definitely be adding this to my personal makeup collection as well as to my kit! What do you guys think? Is it worth the splurge?
