Since I’m linking together this blog with my new personal makeup portfolio site, I wanted to ask you what it is that you would like to see more of? I’m debating whether to continue this blog or start something different with more of the stuff that you would like to see. Let me know! 🙂 With Summer still around and the weather getting hotter and even more humid in some areas, it seems like reaching for full foundation on your skin a little too much. Enter Smashbox Camera Ready BB Water SPF 30 and to give you great coverage their 24 Hour CC Smashbox!

If you don’t like wearing so much makeup during the Summer, Smashbox has created their Camera Ready BB Water SPF 30 with an ultra-hydrating formula. This sounds perfect for those of you that might have really dry skin, but may not work so great with combination or oily skin.

Your skin needs a drink Meet our first and only BB with a water-like texture that delivers multiple benefits in just one drop. Why get wet? Our built-in primer water technology means a liquid silk-consistency – it literally glides onto your face, blends easily and moves with your skin. Because it’s alcohol-free, there’s no drying, cracking or caking during wear. The ultra-hydrating, oil-free formula also creates a sheer, radiant finish that makes you really love your skin in every conceivable light.

The shades are:
Fair – porcelain ivory
Fair/Light – warm ivory
Light – warm light beige
Light/Neutral – neutral light beige
Light/Medium – golden medium beige
Medium – natural tan
Medium/Dark – golden medium tan
Dark – deep tan
Each will cost you $42.00 and are available now at Sephora, Ulta, and high end department stores

Smashbox 24 Hour CC Spot Concealer

A first-of-its-kind concealer that instantly covers dark spots, sun spots, and post-acne marks, while fading the look of them in as little as 4 weeks – so you’re actually concealing and treating all at once! Imperfections have met their match! This concealer is waterproof and sweat and humidity resistant, but the real kicker? It lasts for a full 24 hours – so it truly is practically permanent, thanks to Photoset Polymers created with medical-grade liquid bandage technology, which adheres and bends with skin. The result is a studio-grade concealer that just won’t quit.

The shades are:
Fair – porcelain ivory
Fair/Light – warm ivory
Light – warm
Light/Neutral – neutral light beige
Light/Medium – golden medium beige
Medium – natural tan
Medium/Dark – golden medium tan
Dark – deep tan

Each will cost you $25.00 and is available now at Sephora and Ulta and at any high end department store.

I kind of want to try this. I hope that if it’s used with a Beauty Blender it will thin it more and maybe not make your skin oily. Hmmm…. Oh! Which reminds me, I bought the Maybeline Fluid Foundation and did not like it. That is definitely for those who suffer of oily skin but you have to keep reapplying it during the day. I unfortunately tossed the bottle and didn’t write about it. I’ll do that later this week for you all for you to at least have an idea of how it wore.
